The rifle features a bolt-action design, a 22-inch free-floating fluted stainless-steel barrel and a Bell and Carlson™ composite stock with an aluminum bedding block. Additional features include the M.O.A. Trigger System, a Pre-'64 style controlled-round-feed claw extractor, a three-position safety and a Pachmayr® Decelerator® recoil pad.
