Standards In Der Nachqualifizierung

Qualification-orientated modular secondary qualification - these are the stakeholders, ways, strategies and concepts, with the help of which semi-skilled workers and unskilled labourers may achieve a recognised professional qualification. For this system to work well-functioning networks, perfectly fitting provisions, need-based support systems and the wider public are required. In order to continually verify the quality standards have been formulated, which function as benchmarks for all activities and which flank the processes of the secondary qualification in the sense of high standards of quality. The network expansion on a regional level describes how the aspect of pooling within the regional varieties and sustainability shows up. The reflection of the heterogeneity of the target group within secondary qualification demonstrates the complexity of this topic.
